1. About SeeSound

SeeSound is a creative mobile app that lets users choose a Persona, record audio, generate a video on their device, preview it, and share it using Android's system sharing options. This policy explains how the SeeSound Android app (package name com.seesound.app) handles information.

2. No account required

SeeSound does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, or account credentials inside the app.

3. Microphone and audio recordings

SeeSound requests microphone permission only when you use the recording feature. Audio is recorded and processed locally on your device to create the video you request. SeeSound does not upload your recordings to SeeSound Studio servers. If microphone permission is denied, recording and video generation cannot be used.

4. Local storage

Audio recordings, generated MP4 videos, task-recovery information, language preferences, and Persona selections may be stored in the app's cache or private storage on your device. Android may automatically clear cached files. You can remove locally stored app data through Android Settings or by uninstalling SeeSound.

5. Previewing and sharing

Generated videos remain on your device unless you choose to share them. When you tap Share and select another app through Android's system share sheet, the selected receiving app processes the shared content under its own privacy policy.

6. Purchases

SeeSound does not offer subscriptions. Some Personas can be unlocked through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play. SeeSound Studio does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google Play returns the purchase status needed to unlock the purchased Persona.

7. Data collection and sharing

SeeSound Studio does not collect or share personal user data through SeeSound. The app does not include advertising or analytics services. User-initiated sharing is controlled by the user and the selected receiving app.

8. Children

SeeSound is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

Because recordings and generated videos are processed locally, you should protect access to your device and review the privacy practices of any app you choose for sharing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when SeeSound's features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
